About Availity

The Availity Claim Status tool provides enhanced, real-time claim status details to help you manage and resolve your BCBSTX claims online. You can search for claims by using the member ID or specific claim number and the results provide more detailed information than the HIPAA-standard claim status 276/277 transaction.
